Bad weather
We know our weather can be unpredictable, that is why we offer a free "bad weather" cancelation, including extreme winds and rain upon set up time (one hour before event start for single units, and four hours before large event setups). Extreme heat warning does not apply. Once the unit is set up, cancellation does not apply.
General Cancellation
80% money back if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event by customer in writing via email to - info@lloydbounce.com and confirmation of receipt is made.
Late Cancellation
Customer cancellations made within 30 days and up to 7 days prior to event start date will receive 25% of their booking price as a refund to the customer, with the customer being charged 75% for late cancellation.
Day of Cancellation
No refund will be given as a result of customer cancellation the day of the event, EXCEPT due to extreme weather conditions as stated above. Customer must notify All About Bouncing 4 hours prior to the event start time via email in writing to - info@lloydbounce.com if a cancellation request is to be made.
